Bed Bugs Can Transmit Disease – Historically it was thought that bed bugs didn’t transmit disease. But researchers in Vancouver recently reported that they had found bed bugs with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA. The scientists crushed and analyzed five bed bugs and found three samples with MRSA, the superbug that is resistant to most commonly used antibiotics.
